Coporate Social Responsibility (CSR)

Hyrax Oil aims to be a company that society wants to exist. Whether ensuring our manufacturing operations minimize the environmental impact, developing lubricant products that promote fuel-efficient and low-emission, or assisting communities in need, Hyrax Oil seeks to be a responsible company and community partner. As part of our “Malaysian Family” effort to embody this ideal, we have developed an approach to conducting business that seeks to uphold the rightly acceptable principles and responsibilities of good corporate citizenship.

We also believe CSR is an integral part of our organization and that any success should be shared especially in the community we are operating in. To this, Hyrax Oil focuses its CSR efforts on the rural poor and disadvantaged group by making donation to the underprivileged, as well as caring for the orphans, in our attempt to elevate their livelihood and also to schools that are lacking in basic facilities. In addition, Hyrax Oil also involved in community service on ad hoc basis such as helping out victims affected by natural disasters and embarked on environmental and health awareness campaigns. Hyrax Oil normally carries out its CSR activities in conjunction with other reputable ‘help givers’ and NGOs programs.
